This week I watched a documentary. This documentary was called Helvetica and oh boy was it
boring. It was boring but it was boring in a good way. There was so much information about the typeface known as
helvetica. Helvetica is seen world wide as the fundamental typeface, and no sadly arial is not the fundamental
type face no matter how much we all use it. Helvetica is like the sunday school answer for typeface which is
hilarious to me. Say you want a typeface and can't decide. All you have to do is choose helvetica because it is
just a perfect choice no matter what. It's really weird watching these people talk about helvetica like they have
a fetish for it, its so freaking weird. My favorite part was watching people create the letters and deciding what
is real helvetica and what isn't. Another documentary I watched was the King of Kong. King of Kong is about the
world record holder for the Donkey Kong video game. Donkey Kong is one of the first video games that was sold
worldwide. The documentary follows a teacher that is trying to win the world record for Donkey Kong.
