This post is about me experiencing a caterpillar. When I went to check on some of my plants in early autumn,
I found a caterpillar on my plants. It was very late at night at the caterpillar was camouflaged among the leaves making it so hard
for me to see him. I almost didn't even know he was there. I was feeling around the plants and saw a giant green stem. When I went
out to touch him I realized that it was actually a giant caterpillar. I instantly took out my phone and took a picture of it. I
considered catching the little guy. I put him in a jar and tried to keep him fed but as time went on he started to lose his color
and became more brown and was no longer bright green. I decided instead that I should let him go because if kept him any longer
he would probably die. Plus he was a moth caterpillar and would become a moth and not a pretty butterfly so it just didn't seem
worth it. This really showed me God's design though because God made the caterpillar camoed green and made him latch on to plants.
The green design helps protect from predators like me. I almost didn't see it because it is such a good design.
